ONLINE APPLICATION
If you meet the minimum qualifications and wish to experience the Observer Program we invite you to apply. If you are currently attending college or university you may still apply, however we suggest waiting until you have commenced your final year of study.
STEP 1 – Register Online
Registering allows you to post your application and supporting documents online. You will need a valid email address to register and be asked to create a password (minimum of 8 characters). Please note that users of "hotmail" accounts may experience difficulty submitting an application. We recommend using a different type of email address to apply if you experience this type of problem.

STEP 2 – Activate Account
An email will be automatically sent with instructions to activate your account. Once your account is activated you may commence with the online application process.

STEP 3 – Submit Online Application

STEP 4 – Supporting Documents
A cover letter, resume, references and a copy of your University or college transcripts are required to complete your application package. Your supporting documents can be submitted electronically as an MS Word document, Text file, or scanned and submitted as a PDF file, JPEG or Bitmap file image. There is a 2MB file size limit for each document submitted. Supporting documents may be submitted at the same time as your application or by logging on at a later date.
